Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the boots in their original branded shoebox and pack them into a sturdy shipping carton to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
