How do I determine the correct size for my LOWA boots?
We recommend measuring your foot in millimeters and consulting our official size chart. Since high-performance boots require a precise fit, consider leaving a small amount of space (approx. 1/2 inch) at the toes for downhill comfort.
What is your return policy for footwear?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure the soles are clean and the tags are attached to receive a full refund.
Are LOWA boots covered by a warranty?
Yes, all LOWA products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
How should I clean and maintain my leather boots?
Remove dirt with a soft brush and lukewarm water. Once dry, apply a specialized leather conditioner or wax and a waterproofing spray to maintain the integrity of the Gore-Tex membrane and leather suppleness.
Can my LOWA boots be resoled?
Many of our trekking and mountaineering models feature cemented construction, which allows them to be resoled by a professional cobbler, extending the life of your favorite pair.
